While agreeing with the healthy diet aspect, I think a better word is "balanced" diet.
I certainly ain't no pill popper and don't take too much notice of all this advertising re supplements, vitamins and antioxidants and whatever else to prolong life.
Each and everything [well most things] in moderation I say.
Even the odd Big Mac is harmless.

I don't know what this lady ate but one shot and 3 can did not do any harm.

Agnes Fenton of Englewood, New Jersey, was born on Aug. 1, 1905. This week she celebrated her 110th birthday, reports The Record, joining the rarefied air that is the supercentenarian club of humans to reach 110. To what does she say she owes her longevity? Her rigid yet life-affirming belief in a higher power, for one. "He gave me a long life and a good life, and I have nothing to complain about," she says. "You’ve got to have God in your life. Without God, you’ve got nothing." But also! Maybe one of God's greatest creations: beer, specifically the golden ambrosia that is Miller High Life. The champagne of beers. The nectar of gods.

According to The Record, Fenton drinks "at least" three Miller High Life's a day as well as a shot of Johnnie Walker Blue Label—the top-shelf stuff, because we should all aspire to the best versions of ourselves that we can be. So if there is a lesson here—and, well, there isn't, because life is a meaningless series of toppling dominoes and then we die—it might be that you should live life however you want, because sometimes you win the genetic lottery and can drink three beers and a shot every day and live to 110, but most of the time you don't.
