This has been explained to you already. If the words were to big for you to understand I'm sure we could dumb it down for you if you like.

The speed of light does not change. What is changing is the path of the light, with the path different in water than in air. One simple analogy is to picture a bumble bee flying home at a given speed. This is light in air. In water, the path is different and is analogous to the bee flying at the same speed, but now he is stopping at each flower to get the honey. The stops and starts, when averaged over any length, makes it appear like he is going slower, even though he always flies the same speed when he is flying between flowers.

In water , the photons are interacting with the charges connected to the dipole of water. Both the charges in the dipole and the photon give off electromagnetic waves, with these two different waves adding to form a composite wave. What we see as the light bends is the composite wave, and not the original photon wave. The original photo wave never departs from the speed of light. When the photon exits the water and breaks the composite wave, it emerges into the air with the speed of light preserved; bee flies home without stops.

The composite wave forms because the electrons are matter so they have inertia. As these try to align waves with the photon there is a lag. The result is the two waves can't overlap perfectly but rathe will become a composite wave that appears to change the original light. But once this lag union is broken, as the light leaves the water, we get the photon wave by itself again, with the wavelength appearing to go back.

every day, all day... same ole' same ole' nonsense on this site. on every topic.
    (shakes head) WTF already ?
most here are just involved with this pathetic nonsense. it makes me sick. 98% of the individuals here are only interested in argumentative sh*t.
    humanity makes me disgusted.

    from my information page,
You thrive on conflict. You are selfish, yet you value loyalty. You are rash, quick to judge, slow to change. It's amazing you've survived. Be that as it may, as species, we have no common ground. You are too aggressive. Too hostile. Too militant. "

    get it yet?

light is gravitational pause/wave produced by exited atoms?

No. You don't get it. After this many tries, I doubt you ever will.

why not put out your theory about light? open science forum right, let's discuss it.

to understand light is a must to learn science.

what do you think/believe light is?

Unprofessional. Yeah, right. You'd be the authority on that, would you?

this is my thread, if you have nothing worth to say, please take a break.

    let others debunk my theory.

light is the most abundant stuff in the universe. the most discussed thing in science.

if the theory of light is incorrect, how advance is our science?

you read book, learn physics, maybe got phds, but do you really understand light?

Our theory of light matches what our experiments show and what we observe.
That's what a scientific theory is all about.
Yes. Try reading a few books, or checking out some reputable links.

We're all still waiting for your debunking of currently accepted theory and also for you to provide your independently verifiable evidence of your own claims.

present theory says light is particle, when it hits an electron, transfer energy, so electron jumps out from atom to become current.

how big is electron? how big is photon? what's the odds they can collide? isn't present science says electron is a moving cloud, don't have fixed position, how a photon able to hit a moving electron every time? seems very lucky photon, agree?
