No, troglodyte. We created God in our own image. God is not a being with a plan for what the heck is goin' on, and certainly not possessing an intelligence and a behavior similar to our own. Nobody is watching over us. We are alone. It's a very arrogant thing to demand, that the creational force in the Cosmos has to be like ourselves. That would be among the cardinal sins, if any. Which is why we're not gonna get to Alpha Centauri. And bathe in the pools on Centauri VIb under the emerald sky.

"For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE WILL BOW, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

Sound like He's your God too.

"...whatever city you enter and they do not receive you, go out into its streets and say, Even the dust of your city which clings to our feet we wipe off in protest against you; yet be sure of this, that the kingdom of God has come near."

    No need for preaching, gentlemen.

I don't agree with the above.

    He is.

Provide scripture to backup your claim.

"Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened."

I agree with most of that. However, Saudi Arabia is an ally of the US. Our cooperation is one of the few stable relationships in the Middle East besides Israel. While I certainly have the same criticisms of Saudi society as the author, be careful what you wish for. A Saudi Arabia in control of the most radical of Muslims would be a nightmare, and a jihadist's dream. They could very easily turn on the regime. For now, the Saudis are helping us in the fight against ISIS, who are arguably the worst of all groups to be in control of anything. It's a fine line Obama is riding here, I suspect there is more to it than we can be aware of.

Much more--including his involvement; the puzzle will be pieced together over time as events unfold...I suspect "the jihadist's dream" as you call it, will in fact come to pass in the years ahead. It's not clear who--humanly speaking--will be running the show (a radical Turkey? Saudi Arabia? Iran? another completely unexpected center of influence?) but their eventually domination will felt across large portions of territory/civilization which currently think themselves as inoculated/never succumbing to its poison.

The good thing about an ideology with a territory is that it can be attacked the old fashioned way.

I think that's how they (the jihadists) view things vis a vis Israel but 'the West'?... not so much. Much more stealthy ... slow infiltration.

What makes you think that Muslims, out of all the other indifferentally random tribes and identities in the world, have a conscious plan for what the hell they're doing, any more than anyone else on the planet? Don't you think, that they are running around just as hysterical and panicky as the rest of this overpopulated ape world?

Your answer using scripture to me

    Luke 11:9

is unrelated to the statement you originally said.Your original post: "For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE WILL BOW, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

Just remember we believe in the same God, so I am not getting on your back here.
