I heard that they will take such a beating in the Superbowl by the Seahawks that they will voluntarily sit-out all next season out of embarrassment.

The ones ive seen interviewed (includin Bradey) give the impression that they woudnt notice any diference if a ball was under inflated by 2 psi... so i dont thank they have any shame... lol.!!!

Forget any fines... means nuthin to million airs... but what i thank woud be fare is... in the Super Bowl... the Patriots shoud be required to use balls over inflated by 2 lbs... after all... sinse the ball pressure dont seem to be a big deal to 'em... they shoudnt mind usin a ball over inflated by 2 pounds... to 15.5 psi.!!!

They all know that a ball inflated indoors will lose pressure when it becomes very cold outside, it is a matter of physics.

I wasn't implying that they have any shame regarding the ball inflation issue. I think that is a non-issue.

It's the beating that they will take in the Superbowl that will cause them shame

The odds makers have it about an even game, so why do you think Seattle is going to be the winner that the odds makers don't know? I too think it will be a either way game depending on the breaks either team creates.

New update rumer on the Cheetahs.!!!

    http://www.foxsports.com/nfl/story/...sing-on-patriots-locker-room-attendant-012615

"FOX Sports has learned that the NFL has zeroed in on a New England Patriots locker-room attendant in connection with the scandal of improperly inflated footballs..."

"There is surveillance video showing the attendant taking the footballs from the official's locker room into another room at Gillette Stadium before bringing them out to the field..."

Hard to believe... why in the world woud the ball boy deflate balls that Bradey had alredy aproved as bein perfect.!!!

Deflategate is like the game "Clue"

My guess::: It was the Ball Boy... in the bathroom... an he used an inflation needle.!!!

    http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...ployee-taking-24-balls-into-bathroom/related/

...the NFL has interviewed a locker room attendant who allegedly took footballs from the officials’ locker room after they had been inspected and approved “to another area on way to field” before the start of the game.

...per a league source, the other “area on way to field” is a bathroom. The bathroom consists of one toilet and one sink and a door that locks from the inside.

...the person carried two bags of balls into the bathroom: the 12 balls to be used by the Patriots and the 12 balls to be used by the Colts.

...the evidence comes from a surveillance video that was discovered by the Patriots and given to the NFL early in the investigation.

...the video shows the employee in the bathroom for approximately 90 seconds.

Could the employee have fished 12 balls out of a fairly large bag, deflated each of them by two pounds, put them back into the bag, and exited the bathroom in roughly 90 seconds?

    [End of quotes]

In answr to the queston... i say no... 90 seconds wasnt enuff time to deflate 12 balls... but id say it was exactly enuff time to deflate 11 balls... lol.!!!

How would the Patriots get access to the Colts' balls? Is it normal for the Patriots to handle their balls? I can't imagine the Colts would accept the Patriots handling their balls on a regular basis - the Colts' balls, that is, not the Patriots' balls. I expect the Patriots have full access to their own balls, probably. I could be wrong: perhaps it's normal in the NFL for the home team to handle the balls of the visiting team, perhaps in some kind of ceremonial manner.

Ask yourself how does the ball boy know how much he is deflating the ball by? 1 to 2 pounds is hard to adjust without a pressure gauge and as was stated all the balls had exactly the same amounts "removed" from them.

I still think it was because of the temperature difference between the locker room, which was warm , to the field , which was freezing.

2 hrs an 15 minutes befor game time all the balls are checked by Officials which include weight an air pressure check... then about 10 minutes befor game time the balls are handed over to a home-team ball-boy who takes 'em directly to the playin field... unless he needs to pee an then he takes the balls in a bathroom (which has a door that locks from the inside) for safe keepin... then the balls go directly to the playin field.!!!

Sounds like a fail-safe system... so how coud somptin go wrong.???

Yes, all of the balls had exactly the same amounts removed, between 1 and 2 pounds, which , without a pressure gauge , is hard to do 11 times.

Id use one of these atached to a ball needle... ie... no pressure gauge needed.!!!

Well that would make throwing the ball rather difficult.

Dont leave it in the ball... lol.!!!

The simplest an quickest way woud be to use a regular air pressure needle... an wit a little practice you coud learn when to yank it out (about a second) to get a pound or two of presssure released.!!!
