Only in Tasmania. There's a distillery down there making a good Scotch, I hear.

Which doesn't affect me at all. i'm currently into the Irish.

Not to much on Scotch, either. Love me a good whiskey blended or not.

I'll drink anything on a night like this. I won't pretend my alcoholism has discretion.

I knew an alcoholic that cured his drinking problem when he tried Meth.

Just finished watching the first 4 episodes of season 7 Dexter and they were very good just like all the episodes in the first 6 seasons.

For those that don't know Dexter, he's a forensic blood spatter analyst that moonlights as a serial killer, who only kills other serial killers.

Spike Lee's remake of Old Boy was good.

Guardians Of The Galaxy was great.

I watched both of those movies last week with Netflix DVD's and I rated both of them with 5 stars, however Guardians Of The Galaxy was the better and I can't wait for Guardians Of The Galaxy #2 to come out.

    Has anyone seen "Europa Report".
My RADAR seems to have missed picking it up.

    Yep.
Be prepared though - it IS science fiction but it's SCIENCE fiction.
I spent half the film waiting for a monster to come through the wall of the ship and start eating everyone.
It's not that sort of film - it's about the mission and possible problems, it's NOT a "Hollywood SF film".
(Admitted it does have its share of disasters but none of them are "aliens from another dimension" or anything hokey).

Worth a watch. Well worth a watch.

I watched Europe Report a few months ago. I enjoyed it, but I admit that I was waiting for the alien warships to arrive and start blowing shit up, or whatever. I was surprised that they sat this one out.

How was that? Anything with a giant robot gets my attention.
