besides the fact you just contradicted your whole argument, this still only shows you can not decipher the difference.

You have a point actually, but reality of climate is more of, if it is dry here, they are flooded over there, and if the ice is melting up here, it is increasing down there. There is an equilibrium to all Earth systems, and looking at this thru the eyes of a human generation, tells nothing. The Earth was once frozen solid, snowball Earth it was called, if this did not end, humanity could not have evolved.

Yes. Do you think someone is saying the ice age's ice sheets are not greatly reduced in extent now? what is your point? Central parts of Greenland still have ice more than a mile thick. The fjords of Norway's west coast were once weighted down by ice several miles thick and are still "rebounding" upward now that that weight is gone. Those ice sheets stored so much water that the ocean shore was miles from where it is now that the "continental shelf" is flooded."

Again - do you have something to say / contribute to the discussion that the measured rate of warming has increased during the last 200 years - well correlated with the release of CO2 following the industrial revolution? The data in graph I gave showing CH4 is now 3 times higher than any time in last million or so years (during many ice age cycles) .
This shows that "this time is different."

More, repetition, with no attached substance. Again, without global warming, there would be no countries where there was once only ice........

Again: what is your point? No one disagrees with those true but irrelevant facts. Nor do they disagree with fact there would be no horse or cow without grass. What is your point related to the measurements of increased rate of global warming, especially in the last 50 or so years?

agian, this just shows you cannot decipher the difference between the wobble from tilt that occurs every 2ok years to the actual scientific data. but instead stay confused as you continue to click on media nonsense.

Can you present evidence, that "the wobble from tilt that occurs every 2ok years to the actual scientific data." whatever that means? I do think that you might be referring to magnetic pole reversal, that does no happen every 20,000 years. http://www.nasa.gov/topics/earth/features/2012-poleReversal.html

ahh, well now we know your the typical individual that is clueless about anything when they spew about what is wrong.
the fact that you do not know what i'm referring to, as you spew about it, speaks volumes. it's best if you just read and learn, rather running your mouth about something you do not know. and no, i was not referring to the pole shifts.

Well then, if your belief is accurate, then the next ice age is about to begin.........................

    Next.

The head of the IPCC has confirmed that there has been no global warming for the last 18 years. http://canadianawareness.org/2013/0...acknowledges-17-year-stall-in-global-warming/

You can deny this, that is up to you. You can also eat raw food, because cooking contributes to greenhouse gas emissions, but don't expect many to follow your lead. You can also buy a Prius, and pretend that there is no oil used in it's production, and I know that you are pedaling a bicycle generator now to power your computer, or you are a hypocrite.

yeah, i guess you have no clue what stalls means.
is that acknowledgement as in admit or awareness ?
also, why does it start at 18, then it's 17, then it's 16. funny.
also, it's a data release, not data confirmation.
and also, there was this little sentence involved, " need to last “30 to 40 years at least” to break the long-term global warming trend.
then it goes on to say " So in essence their stance is that global warming has stopped, but needs to continue the non warming trend for twice as along (and twice as long as the previous warming trend 1980 – 1996) to break the trend. "

also, once again, why not link the actual scientific paper on this rather than another media news link ?
and another thing, your pretending is becoming obvious.

Well stall could mean that you are correct, and that the next ice age is beginning, as the 20,000 years of warming is now up.

I sure am rooting for you....

What is "any of this" can you be more specific?

There hasn't been a snowball earth for at least 635 million years - the end of the marinoan glaciation..

But would current life forms (you and me) have developed without the global warming that melted the snowball?

Agreed. Climate change is happening and human contribution to it is beyond doubt.
The doubt exists as to how much we can lessen the effects.
On that score though, I prefer to err on the side of caution and at least take whatever action is deemed suitable to try and lessen the effects on future generations.
