I didn't check the video but I do recall a tazer that was marketed to women once. It was also a cellphone or looked like one. Anyway, to discharge, it required only two things: that it was on, and that the button was pressed. Imagine the interesting times that could be had digging for it in a purse, or storing it in a pocket. God forbid that one answers it, of course.
