What room(s) are they in?

 

No an no... an i have 2 in livin room... 1 in kitchen... 1 in bathroom an 1 downstairs.!!!

The 1 downstairs stretches to about 12 feet.!!!

 

Vaccum hoses of some kind?

I'm more confused now, than I was before. Lol.

 

Heating pipe insulator?

 

Not a vaccume hose... but its sorta stretchy like some vaccume hoses.!!!
