    Hmmm....

I would have thought you'd crawl a mile over broken glass to get to a good sushi bar.

I was born to walk, run, climb, swim. At age 3, I had to walk our Great Dane & our St Bernard 3 times per day. Age 5, I had to get the cats down out of the redwood trees. Nearly every day, I had to find our 33 hogs in the woods & chase them 30 miles back home. I had to run 300 miles to school every morning. After the bridge washed out, I had to swim 33 miles. I never had any choice but to stay in good shape.

When I was young I rode a bike everywhere I went so I need not walk much. I then had a car which I used to go everywhere with so again I did not need to walk. I went to work and my job never required me to walk much either, I was both a plumber and electrician. While I did walk I just did not walk that 30 minutes or more but do think it wouldn't hurt to do so. I have friends that used to run and now their knees had to be replaced, one each, so I know that running isn't very good to do.

Yes. You must clear any commercial spiels with the site management before you begin advertizing your programs here.

I totally agree walking is good.

Just remember our bodies were made to walk, not to run. Remember that, when thinking about exercise.

Walking is great to empty your stomach, and you should do quite a bit every week, if you can that is. I know its not always possible.

Walking is really a good form of exercise and 30 minutes of it is quite a challenge for some but for those athletic type, its just easy breezy. I would honestly need to improve my other physical activities but with walking, I am really into it.

I am trying my best to walk regularly at least 30 minutes. But if I have the chance, I walk on a longer route. Good form of exercise.

It is also said that beings whom sit/walk outside daily; never conceding to limit themselves for a day in it's entirety with not a whif of appreciation for fresh air outside have greater confident health and longevity.
