About two million women in the United States have breast implants. Would women spend money to be turned into mermaids? Would women still have to work if they were mermaids? Would they have human rights? Can an industry be made from making women into mermaids like the breast implant industry?
I read a story once about a castaway sailor on an enchanted isle. A sea genii was granting his wishes, but had limited powers. So it could not produce a female companion for him but it could whip up a mermaid -that is to say a woman who was half fish. So he chose to have the top half of her be a fish.
Belgians!? Are you another disliker of Tintin? And why sicko? Think it thru. If you really were castaway with such a genii to serve you, you'd get around to his way of thinking soon enough. Be practical man, like a Belgian!

Um.So you don't like Tintin? Your attitude reminds me of something Austin Powers' dad (Michael Caine) said:"There's only two things I hate in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch."
Welcome to SciForum kopperlis123, but if you don't have a sense of humor, I can't imagine why you'd be interested in science and the absurdities we all get into. As Lord Kelvin said in Jackie Chan's Around the World in 80 Days: "This is the Royal Academy of Science! We don't have to prove anything!"Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
