Just wanted to say Happy New Year to everyone. Any new year's resolutions? What are they?

Happy New Year to you as well...

My resolution, is to never make any (resolutions) again..

They rarely work out anyway...This one will.

I never make any because if I have anything I want to change I work on that problem when I find out I have it. I don't wait till another year comes around, I try to help myself whenever I need to.

I am all down with that . I got appearance of Making a new years resolution by my new look . Body sculpturing before I get to Haiti on the 9th of this month . It started before the new year but the results are now obvious like it all happened over night . The first thing that change my appearance was sucking in my gut like a good soldier. Can't be all soft an mambi pambi now can we ?

Must have a presence and be ready to bang nails once again . Endurance training is important when your life of slavery is manual labor ..........

I am in the same camp as cosmic when it comes to resolutions. The best time to make one is when you notice something about yourself that you would like to change. My objective is ever to accomplish more with less and to learn more about nutrition, doing more cooking from scratch.

The one thing that I need to work on is to get more sleep when I am working graveyard shift. It is an easy thing to say but a far more difficult thing to do because I am capable of functioning on very little sleep for those three shifts of the week. The body requires rest for repair and optimum health and I may suffer long-term health consequences if I ignore this rule of nature despite having uncommon endurance for my gender and species.
