Daily Food Plan

    Is here any one with body building passion , I am just the beginner, I want to know about some of the protein enriched food stuff.Please share your comments about my selection

    Eggs 2-3/Day
    Whey protein
    Chicken breast 150-200 GMS
    Yogurt
    Juices fresh and home made
    Fish and Fish oil
    Green tea

    All these are not confined to protein but it is my daily plan.

    If you're a beginner, you should be putting on mass by eating a lot of healthy foods and performing compound lifts (squats, bench, overhead press, deadlift). Yes, there will be some fat gain, but fat is lost through diet after you've bulked.

    It requires a lot of dedication, and everyone is different, so you'll have to tweak things until you're getting the results that you want. However, know that all champion body builders start with strength training and size. Arnold Schwarzenegger was squatting 600 lbs before he started sculpting his frame.

    You should eat more vegetables and keep exercising everyday. If you can insist on doing body building exercises, you will become healthy.

    Food is very important for the healthy life so we should make a healthy diet plan,
    Because the food is only resource that provide us all the Vitamins and nutrition that necessary for the human body.
