    Tokyo is GMT+09:00
    Where I am is GMT +13:00 (DST)

    So for me, it was quite early in the evening.

    Yeah, i'm not sure enjoy is the word i would use. in fact i'm faily sure i wouldn't - hence diplomatically stepping arounf the issue - or trying to.

    I want to buy a place in costal area. What precautions I should keep, so that I am saved from earthquake, Tsumani & nuclear radiation.

    whether earthquake proof(up to 8) building, 15' height of land & 50 Kms away from a nuclear power plant & 25 Kms away from an atomic center will be enough?

    That's really is a threatening video and I advice all the people suffering from the heart disease not to watch this video.Look at the video presenting the destruction that the Tsunami caused in the Japan.Japan is currently having a bad time,One problem goes followed by the next one knocking at the door.
