How often, on average, do you bathe?

I am in the habit of getting up early in the morning and going to do some morning walk.On my return I just wait for few minutes so that my sweet disappears and than I am in the habit of taking the bath.
Once in a day,most of the time.

Bathing is an external process while immunities are in your blood.

I was told that skin cells protect you. Continually scrubbing off skin cells does more harm than good. You don't need to continually bathe yourself. 3x a day?? seriously? When does it become OCD?

 

Nah, the outside skin cells are dead.

Never once heard about anyone being harmed by bathing too much.

 

Around 7-8 times a day sometimes more. If you include Showers, Bathes, Steams, Wudu, Ablutions, Ghusi.

No all muslims are required to bathe and wash this much, it's sunnah.

prove it. Not a single Muslim I know bathes 8 times a day. I don't even think any of the Taliban bathes that often.
I don't know anyone who considers hand or face washing as bathing.

 

I meant the last 3 reasons given.

As I understand it, some of those are more limited than bathing.
