Duke Nukem Forever is finally coming out!

Well after 12 agonizing years and becoming the gaming industries most well known joke, Duke Nukem Forever will FINALLY be coming out this May.

The game looks over the top with violence, campy stupid action and porn, lots of porn... god dam potentially the 12 year wait was worth it! Oh well best to not let your hopes up.

I got me Steam Access code for the demo and everything so I believe *almost*

Anyways I'm not expecting a great game, just hoping it will be a fun game, like Boardlands, so I can wait.

This brings back so many memories... I used to play Duke Nukem 3D when I was 12. It's the reason why everyone thinks that I am weird for playing FPS games inverted.

 

I played a little DN3D but mainly I was with the enemy playing Doom and Descent.

I'm actually wondering if any of you have played the High Resolution Pack available? It's damn good and improves DN3D tremendously. This guy named MasterFaster off piratebay use to release all the DN3D addons etc. with this integrated, was a really amazing feat. I played it but I want something new this game sounds new and fun.

I remember praying in 1998 they'd release the fucking thing, and it never happened. Makes you wonder wtf was going on all these years!

it was intially announced April 28 1997 so that is 13 full years plus most of another and they most likely started working on it before they announced it


it has however been 12 years that have past jan 1st to december 31st

 

Well then you have solved your own problem, congrats!

 

Accuracy is important if you don't pay attention to detail on minor topics it is unlikely you will do so for major ones

 

In that case I expect you to improve your spelling and grammar because up to this point it's been atrocious.

Not a likely philosophy, or do you know how many pairs of pants Justin Beiber has? There are a variety of subjects which can be ignored or are irrelevant and lack of knowledge of which don't affect knowledge of more important things.

 

I know this game looks solid but still I have a bad feeling its going to suck. with over a decade of anticipation I think it is going to be impossible to live up to expectations

 

If anything all the waiting has reduced my expectations, this game as been so off and on in development and traded around so much it can't be coherent.
