ok... now, i'm new here, but waaay long ago, i used to lurk here.. i remember that in this forum (parapsychology) i think, there were some people talking about meeting each other at the eiffel tower, as astral projections. and neither one had ever been there if i remember correctly.. so, soon after i had read that i kinda forgot about this place and never found out what happened with all that.. i think one of them may have been Banshee or Bebelina or someone.. i'm not sure.. anyway, anyone remember this? please tell me what happened, it's been bothering me. That's where Banshee and I differ from eachother, next to age and gender... I don't really like Paris... Because of 2 things... Once, when I was whit dad on a trip, a bum, tried to get in our truck... *Yeah, Dad is a international truck-driver, not the american fat-guy-who-drinks-beer-and-eats-a-lot* And then, the incident of 1 year, 1 month and 2 weeks ago... Chrismas 2001, an unforgetable time in Disneyland *'s local Jail for getting drunk and wanting to enter the park only to find my parents* Yeah, I know, I'm really stuck on that But otherwise, I do remember the thread. Hi Susanndrea. For me, I didn't work so well. I got there once, that's all. But hopefully some other persons,0 who read that and liked the idea went there more frequently. Forget Paris At first I thouught this was a load of crock but I gave it a try anyway. I didn't want to go to Paris. I think it's overrated. I flew to the desert and rode a wild horse instead. It was a good ride. There were a few other Native American sprits there. They seemed familiar but I don't recall meeting them before, at least not in this life. I had a great time though.

I want to give you the most basic steps if you want... But remember that saying the steps this way make it seem easy, while it's at least a bit harder... You could meditate by choise, but I don't know if it is essencial whit this. First, sit or lay down in a relaxing position, *prefered to lay for this* Second, don't do *anything* physical, no movement what so ever. Don't pay atention to your breathing rithm, let that go by itself. Third, just try to let your body *fall asleep* but let your consious stay awake. Fourth, when you notice things, i.e. vibrations, try to use visualization to seperate your concious from your body. -OR- try to use visualization to get either to a location you want or the astral plane. If you have know any techniques, try them... That's all I can say about Astral Projection at the moment, I did look it up, but that was, uhhh, *a long, long, long time ago*
Meetings on the astral plane What a great idea. How about a United Nations of Astral Travelers? "UNAT"! or astral hospitals for ADD and post tramatic stress disorders or just a check up. perhaps a "find the missing children" group or to connect people together who wish to form spiritual communities. what kind of group would you like to find out there? abundance ranch
