Okay, ultra, I can help you here.
That photo is still in your computer, and we wont get to see it there.
You can go to the

"UserCP" (at the top of the page);
go down the list on the left hand side to
"Photos and Albums"
and you will be able to upload your photo to a file(give it a name).
Then you can point your image link to that photo, and we can see it.

Heh...I was gonna say, it was the thing that goes in the center of a 45 rpm record, so that it fits the spindle.

No, it is not an engine part! But it is definately something to do with motoring. More specifically, cars.
