North Korea shells South Korea Now everyone has to have a freak out and MSNBC insinuates that it may be the start of World War 3...What are your thoughts? ....yup I said Noth Korea yo!
North Korea cannot cause World War Three. South Korea has the US and all its other first world trading partners behind it and North Korea is an isolated nation with no close friends. I am getting a little tired of the North Korea bullshit. I wouldn't mind if some ass was kicked... I'd like to see North Korea lose a parallel in the process. Cool part about North Korea is that the war would be over within a week with North Korea totally destroyed- no entrenchments here.
north korea will eventually embrace the modern world but slowly. it may take a few generations but they can't keep this up forever. they are going to want those things they are missing out on eventually and more of it.
Totally and that is the prize- to modernize NK. It'd take decades and cost billions but this is the job of South Korea, not us. Enough of this bullshit already.
Sadly it seems to be the only thing we are good at these days....Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Who cares what exercises the US is conducting in South Korea? You guys think that gives the North the excuse to raze an entire village? Besides, if America is controlling South Korea like a puppet, what the heck do you think China's been doing for 60+ years in the North? While America has been donating fuel, food and technology to North Korea for more than a decade just to calm them down, China has done little more than donate porn and weapons. My personal response would be two things: Japan and South Korea (and possibly Taiwan too), congratulations, you've just won yourselves shiny new nuclear arsenals capable of eliminating any threat on the Asian continent. Secondly, no more food and fuel for the communists, and big trade tariffs and debt defaults against anyone who tries to keep the communists armed and trigger-happy (gee, wonder who I could be referring to?).
America stated that it will join in the joint military exercises on Sunday, November 28, 2010 so on that day we will either see NK back down or start to fire again. If it does fire again I believe that America with SK will fire back but with allot more fire power than NK is use to seeing. I think that the time has come for NK to get a taste of its own medicine for a change instead of watching it take money and supplies to stop the aggression but only to turn around and become the aggressor once again demanding more money and supplies like all extortionists do. As I have stated before I really don't think giving NK anything is the way to end its aggressive ways and by doing so only leads to more aggression as we see over and over. N. Korea is just a skirmish, a diversion from the real issues, from what is really going on. Other than the last article I've listed, an (e-book) which had predicted all of this was going to happen and is going to come, the rest of the article are pretty much in chronological order. You have not been paying attention, or having been paying attention only to what the MSM wants you to believe is reality. What on earth would N. Korea have to gain from all of this? They, like many other "rogue" states have forever wanted to normalize relations. However, the U.S. and it's partners only want to "normalize" relations on their terms. The ruling elites are always LOOKING for something to distract us from the REAL problems of the world, namely, their financial defrauding of the world's population. The world's population waking up to what's really going on is what they don't want people to focus on. The truth is, most governments are more afraid of their own populations, than they are of each other. So, if the world's ruling elites can get us all into a big world war, and all have us fighting each other, they won't have to worry so much about a world revolution when the entire world financial system implodes. You find it so easy to believe that the wool's been pulled before so many billions of eyes, yet you find it so difficult to believe that this is precisely what Kim Jong Il has done in North Korea? Change the words "the world" to "North Korea", and you have a perfectly sensible argument: North Korea's ruling elites are always looking for something to distract their slaves from North Korea's real problems, namely, their financial defrauding of North Korea's population. That's exactly why they started shelling, why they sunk a South Korean warship, why they build, test and proliferate nukes, etc. As for those claiming the South started the fighting, nonsense. South Korea didn't fire so much as a toothpick across the border before they got shelled in this latest episode, they hadn't even started their annual exercises yet. North Korea's leaders want to show their own population that they're still in command and control, and to test western resolve to see how far we can be pushed and how much ransom we're willing to pay to avoid a fight. I personally say we pay $0 ransom, and make it unambiguously clear that we'd rather go to war now, rather than wait for whenever North Korea and their irresponsible ally think it's most convenient.
RT network is completely bias for North Korea, while other networks proclaim the North Korea merely claims the South entered disputed water, RT claims its fact, the RT networks equates the South Korea with a battered wife and claims she deserved it!
On the subject of unreliable news sources, I just thought I'd mention: globalresearch.ca is like the Canadian radical anarchist French separatist version of Pravda, always looking for excuses to take potshots at successful people and blame them for stealing everyone else's hard-earned burger flipping bucks. Pretty sure globalresearch.ca also bought into the 9/11 thermite nonsense as well. I'd only use sources like that if I wanted to hear guys like Bin Laden and Nasrallah parrotted word for word, although in that case you might as well read the terrorists directly instead.
Journalistic Objectivity and Economic Stories November 19, 2010 Posted By Kéllia Ramares Text of Speech at Indymedia Conference – Nov. 13, 2010 A critique of paying, owing, and "working" for a living. You use your sources, biased by a desire for war, corruption, money and greed. I'll use mine, biased for peace, truth, fairness, and equality. All sources have their bias, agreed. If it were a cut and dried issue, the Russians, and the Chinese would immediately come out on the side of the South Koreans and the U.S. As it is, they are not.
Ok, fair enough. So then what are Russia and China's complaints? We failed to send sufficient supplies of liquor to North Korea's leadership, so shelling a South Korean village is a justified response? If Russia and China had strong evidence South Korea provoked this somehow, wouldn't they present it instead of just calling for restraint? When the US got involved in Iraq, they did a lot more than just call for "restraint", so what do they have to lose by speaking out on this one? I understand Russia and China are nervous about the idea of North Korea becoming another American client state... how can they not realize that supporting a Stalinist regime drastically raises the chance the US gets involved?
