OUT OF GAME: Bladerunner is from Ridley Scott(guy who did Alien, Aliens) and stars Harrison Ford. Very good Sci-Fi movie. One of the very few that shows the future as a beat up run-down place. Lord of War stars Nicholas Cage, it's a movie about a man who becomes the biggest illegal arms dealer in the world. My favorite line was "Approximately 550,000,000 people own guns. And All Quiet On The Western Front is the AFI's(American Film Institute) Best War Movie of all time. It tells the story of the youth during WWI, from the Germans perspective.

(OOG: Sorry for the delay, guys--- time difference and all that!) Dave Flemster saw that the senior officers had arrived on the bridge and were waiting for him. He shut down his computer and left his quarters, heading for the bridge. As he walked onto the bridge, the officer of the watch announced his arrival. "Captain's on the bridge!" The officers stiffened to attention. "BEEP. At ease, gentlemen." he said, settling into his command chair. Ahead of him, on the viewscreen, the small moon that is Pluto filled the view. The orbiting structure of Pluto Station was already visible, slowly coming about as the helmsman brought the Endeavour in for docking. "BEEP. Just so you know, I have dismissed Commander Williams from duty. It has come to my attention that his presence here was less than popular. I have other reasons for getting shot of him but you don't need to know these. Suffice it to say, I need an XO. If you are interested in a battlefield commission and want the job, you are all welcome to submit your applications. I would be honoured to have any one of you as my Executive Officer." He paused as the ship lined up with the gaping dock mouth of the station. Green buoys lit up, showing the way to the berth ahead. "BEEP. We will soon be docked at the station. You are all at liberty for 24 hours, so go and enjoy yourselves. Dismissed." As the men began to file out, he called out to a few of them. "BEEP. Tiberius, Shin, a moment please." They paused. "BEEP. Using my contacts, I have ascertained this station is in possession of two Dark Tiger stealth fighter/bombers. My request to requisition them has been denied by the Fleet but I feel our mission would greatly benefit by having these ships. Therefore, I have a mission for you both. You are both rated pilots and, Tiberius in particular, you are both capable of getting things by other channels. I want those fighters on board by the time we leave. If you can get them legitimatly, that would be good. Otherwise, steal them. We MUST have them on board before we leave." The two men said nothing. "BEEP. You have your orders." The two men saluted and left the bridge together. Dave watched with interest as the helmsman deftly brought the Endeavour into her berth. He felt the docking clamps grab hold of the ship and heard the ship's engines powering down. "Endeavour clamped and umbellicals attached, captain. We are docked." the helmsman announced. Dave motioned to the comms officer. "1MC." The familiar comms noise resonated throughout the ship. "1MC, sir." she replied. Dave pressed his comms switch. "BEEP. Crew of the Endeavour, this is the Captain. We are hard-docked at Pluto Station. Shore leave begins now. You have 24 hours. Ghostwatch and Redband crew, you will recieve underway-leave. Have fun, everybody." He motioned for the comms to be cut. "BEEP. Bridge crew, take your leave. Officer Of The Watch, I'll be in my quarters." With that, Dave stood up, straightened his skirt and left the bridge, followed by most of the bridge crew. Shin then left a message on Flemster's commlink, "Sir, after I acquire the targets, I will turn them over to you sir, I brought my MS Akatasuki on board, and that will be what I pilot," He wondered how Captain Flemster thought he is a rated pilot. He have no combat sorties so far. It might be that Bvt. Admiral Shogun vi Yamato sent him his training records, or Flemster thought he was a good pilot because he is a Super Soldier. He also felt no need to be the Executive Officer, so he didn't apply. He walked back to his quarters and changed into civilian clothing. He had to steal the fighters, he is a Super Soldier, a wanted fugitive, there is no way he can get it legitimately, not like before the coup, where his ESSCPA ID overruled everything else. He is going to hack into the UEA database and make himself a false ID.
(OOG: Shogun, I was thinking you and Omega could pinch one fighter each, as it will gove you guys something to do whilst I'm away from posting! Got a few long nights at work coming up with a big project coming in, so not sure when I can post next. Not until Weds at least. Just an idea, seeing as Pluto Station is little more than a forgotten truck stop waaaay out of the usual spacelanes!)
