Just as an assist for others that should be wearing reading glasses but aren't, the "Chile" on the right of the coin's obverse is spelled "CHIIE" - I had to look twice find it, and click through the link to confirm. Probably obvious to you young'uns out there, but not so easy for me... (You can never be too obvious for Sci, Tiassa. You know that... Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! )
Especially with the shades Yes, no, and maybe. In general, true. But that can also be what makes my posts long. If I said, "Flip a coin," would that be smarmy? Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
I listened to a recent comedic debate on CBC Radio about abolishing the Canadian penny. One of the debaters made the very perceptive statement that the only reason people carry pennies in their pockets or purses is to avoid getting more of them.
Since pennies are still being produced wouldnt it make some economic sense to make em out of cheaper metal? As posted earlier it cost more than a penny to make a penny.Just saying.
