I hadnt heard to much about as of late but it was in the paper to day and sparked my interest again. and they are still today happening the FBI has done invesitgations on the mutilations and have come up with nothing, debunkers will say its predators but come on.. so what do you guys think could cause this? it has alot of peoples eyebrow raised just looking for more thoughts on it.. im from the midwest most of my friends parents are farmers so i do know what a predator killed animal looks like and the signs of it.
Pardon my having to point this out, but if you were as familiar with predator kills as you say you are, you'd know the answer already. I've seen more than my share myself. For example, the blood is lapped up *immediately* and the first thing eaten is the internal organs because they are the most dense in protein. There have also been some very good videos from hidden cameras made of some of these "strange kills", the better ones having come from one particular sheriff's county in Arizona. yes blood is lapped up but they cant get 100% of it 2nd animals wouldnt go after just 1 part they would eat the muscle ect. 3rd the "hole" that is cut can not be made by an animal that clear wtihout tear marks. there is no way for an animal to get an eye or tongue out wtihout dmg to surrounding tissue or bone aka teeth marks. 4 there is no kill bite anywhere on the animal on the neck would be the best place and how a 100% healthy animal goes over night to dead wtih eyes testicles and internal organ removed 5 there is no signs of strugle or tracks around the body, so yes i do know edit" ontop of that in some cases the incisions aroundt he hole cut in abdomin were cerrated with equadistanstant peaks and vallies

Came up with nothing? Err no. An investigation was done. Actual experts were consulted and they provided natural explanations. That should have been the end of it but people like to believe in the fantastic. Actually many of the cases were suspected death due to natural causes. Then the scavengers come in. They go for the soft organs first and consume any blood on the ground. Just because you live in the country around animals that doesn’t make you an expert on investigating animal carcasses. Hey I live around humans but I don’t perform autopsies.
The heart stops pumping and the insects can get the rest. I doubt anyone could actually demonstrate 100% gone. That sounds like another overenthusiastic exaggeration. They would eat the softer stuff first. An animal could get a tongue out easy. Doubtful that they were all 100% healthy. You are making claims you could never hope to back up. The softest organs that are the easiest to get to will go first. As Read-Only said they have plenty of protein. The animal could have died of natural causes. Predators will not always leave obvious tracks by the way. I have heard similar claims made but never really substantiated.
maggots do a very nice job of cleaning rough tear edges. Flies also do a nice job of lapping up blood. And animals go after what is easy. Eyes, tongue, udder are easy to eat. Easier than trying to tear through hide and bone.
Sirfreak, I've no idea where you are trying to go with this. But despite a number of people trying to explain it to you AND a number of investigations, you continue to hold on to whatever weak-minded fantasy you have. If you have any REAL evidence to present - beside the anecdotal claims you've already posted ("surgical" cuts, internal organs missing, etc.) please do by all means. Until and unless you do, you're simply making yourself look very, very foolish here.
