salam i have one question, why my IP addreess was banned, i mean some time when i try to read the threads or even open the forum, i cant cus the forum banned my ip or maybe syrians ip ..... so whats happen !
means your a sockpuppet of a banned user and it also means you will be banned too. or... just a coincidence/mistake
any way, i sent a message to the admin, to have an explanation, but until this moment i recive nothing, so can he or any one who know whats happen explain that to me !

I'm pretty sure that you haven't had any of those messages through this particular username, it's likely if you were using another username that you might well have seen the message. For the most part I can't see any collation between the IP's your current username has used and any banned by the forums software or administrators. Which means either you are lieing or those messages aren't from the forum software. The only other potential is if you have been attempting to login through a proxy server, they will likely be banned.
Your IP address is not banned, and neither is your other user name. If you choose to use both names, however, at least one of them will be banned.
"your other user name", mr james what r u talking about, for sure i have no "other" user name, but as u see i didn't open the forum for a while, and the last time i tried to open it, i face a problem cus my IP or the cyber cafe Ip or maybe the syrians ip was banned, and for that i opend this thread, to know why only, or even to find a another way to open this forum - way= tool -, whoever u r an admin or not but for information in the first time when i faced this problem i didn't sigin whith my user name, i surfed the forum as a guesst !!! Before i forget what is my "other user name" ?
Go to whatismyipaddress.com get your real IP there and send it to me via Private Message. I'll check if it's been banned.
