If you don't want to quit, then don't. It's a personal decision.

Well, take refuge in this: one day the tobacco companies are going to go down really really hard. I say that we all burn down the fields. Then they will be screwed.

Great story about that. Take a brand new bong from the store... load it brimming with tobacco and go wild in front of your neighborhood police department. Its hilarious... cars start honking, and the cops just look at shake thier heads. It is a wonderful feeling.

My husband and I just quit smoking- we quit with the help of the new nicotine-free cigarette made by Vector tobacco- called Quest (level 3). They are made from real tobacco which was genetically altered to produce no nicotine. They taste ok- and the best part was having something to grab, light, and smoke during the first 3 days of withdrawel- which weren't any fun. We'd recommend these to anyone. Good luck!

Are they expensive? I wish I had those when I quit. I went through 3 packs of toothpicks in 2 days, lol!

Not so expensive really- in US currency about $27 a carton including tax- which is comparable to Marlboro. My husband and I burned through a carton and a half of them before we laid them down altogether- so about $35-40 to quit... not bad- and not hooked on some other form of nicotine either (patch, gum etc.) I'd say not too unreasonable of an expense for 2 people to quit- under $50- and we were done in 3 days. Went out to eat for $15 to celebrate- grand total then- just under $50.

I always thought that would be most useful. When I was quitting I bought a pack of colts (mini cigars). I don't know how much nicotine they have, but you don't really inhale em anyway. That helped some.

another all natural cig to try is called American Spirits. I've smoked these and they aren't as good as the regulars but don't contain all of the chemicals added to camels et all. there's an add in the latest times magazine offering a free carton if you call an 800 number. so you could really try them for free.
haven't heard of that other nicotene free cig but i'm going to check that out. sounds like a nice alternative to all the patches, gum, pills, etc.

One of the times I tried to quit (not the succesfull one) I tried smoking natural smokes, they were green, lol... After 3 days of smoking em I was up all night throwing up, almost broke some ribs I was puking so hard... I didn't smoke again for 6 days, lol. But I did eventually. I succesfully quit cold turkey a couple months later.
