I couldn't resist posting this when I was sent a link to the image: FYI, Drop Bears do not *really* exist, they are simply a long standing running joke used to freak out tourists. Especially Americans. The "Department of Dangerous Fauna Management" does not exist either AFAIK. Moderator WARNING: the following link shows a graphic, violent image that may offend so0me viewers. http://imgur.com/dZfKQ.jpg
Did you see it in the Dangerous Animals thread I started? http://www.sciforums.com/showthread.php?t=96623 I also might have mentioned that Sydney Funnel Webs could jump two meters to attack unwary intruders, but every Australian six years old knows that’s true! Only Ninja's riding burning sharks are safe.
I wanted to see if it was real and did a search on YouTube, that lead me to this person http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DT1Q3otzZX0 who is living in Australia, of course this video has nothing to do with dropbears but it's certainly awe inspiring lmao
Dropbears may be an urban myth. The real danger is the hoop snakes. They move at up to 40 km/hr by holding their tails in their mouths and rolling along like hula hoops. You can't hope to outrun an angry hoop snake, and as everybody knows Australia has some of the most venomous animals on Earth.
I demand that the following picture is put as an url link and not as an image now in thread! This is a very bloody very violent obscene material.
Image changed to a link. When posting graphic images, please provide a warning and link to it. Don't just post the image in the thread.
