Why are you voting for others when no one asked you to do so ?.

Thank you to those who support my nomination, I'd just like to clarify that I'm interested in moderating Free Thought, not Art & Culture (I don't know anything about Art or Culture so I don't see how that could possibly work.)

I'm sure Ben will "Man-Up", but even so, I will throw my two cents in:

Clueluss, I'm your Huckleberry. You would absolutely suck as a moderator.

    (IMHO)

Of course this is just more simpleton BS, as are most of your posts. You think your little "spellin" gimmick is cool, and everyone else has just given up, but I still maintain that it makes you look like a total moron.

Perhaps you are not a total moron, but who would know? Also, I've asked you this before, what is the purpose of spelling words this way? Are you an attention whore? Of course, you didn't answer then, and I'm quite sure you won't now. If you have some sort of "special issue", no problem. I would even apologize ahead of time for bringing it up.

However, I don't think this is the case. I think you believe it to be cute, or some similarly hilarious synonym, but it's not. It singles you out as an idiot, such that no one would take you seriously as a poster, let alone a moderator.

With much difficulty, I wade through your posts, and if you dropped the idiotic spelling you might have some merit. Right now, it appears as if every word you type is a lie, or at least frivolous.

    As it stands, forget it.

Oh, and sorry for violating the spirit of the thread, but I am not nominating another, I am fervently "denominating" someone.

I agree....I really thought he was just someone's sock puppet. I not convinced that he isn't. I just find the spelling issue annoying. Everyone used to come down quite hard on Asguard and Clueluss is even worse. I seriously think he does it on purpose to get a laugh, but the joke has kinda worn off.

So far I vote for GeoffP

I would take someone who cannot spell but is fair and perspicacious over someone who can write an excellent but ultimately pointless and blind post. You can improve your spelling but its quite difficult to get an open mind if you lack one. Wisdom trumps grammar everytime, or should.

    Surely you’re not that naïve.

Cluelusshusbund doesn’t really spell like that. Chances are he’s an articulate person who spells well. He’s simply found a redneck text translation app (eg. here). He types out his text in Word, pastes it into the translator, then pastes the “redneck translated version” of his text into his Sciforums posts.
It was funny for a week or two. Now it’s just sad.

Seeing how members of this dignifying community of Sciforums cannot come to one final solid conclusion about a moderator that will do his job and improve the lives of other Sciforumers greatly, I proclaim that I step up to save this sinking situation out of the mud and hereby declare myself the best moderator to ever serve for Sciforums' behalf.

Thank You for your great support everyone

The following people have nominated themselves so far:

    pjdude1919
    Cheskichips (FT)
    cluelusshusbund (FT)
    draqon
    leopold99 (FT)
    EntropyAlwaysWins (FT)

It's not clear whether GeoffP, mike47 have nominated or not so I'll assume not at this stage.

If you wish to nominate yourself, please be clear about it. If you can't be clear about whether you want the job, I guess we'll assume you probably lack the ability to do the job as well.

I'm not either, I just know that it is getting extremely annoying. People tell me to put him on "ignore", but I have a hard time doing that. (Afraid I might miss something, I guess.

There is an explanation for Asguard, but not for cluelusss... AFAIK

    Ya think? Maybe?

I'm so over it personally, but as long as some people still get a laugh out of it, I guess live and let live...

I know, that's what aggravates the f**k out of me, which I'm sure was the intent. (Well, not me specifically, but you get the idea..)

It's sad that the the rules prevent one from saying how you really feel about another member.

People say "Oh, you would never act that way in the real world!". Well, guess what clueluss, come on over to my house for dinner...

Does it matter what persona he wishes to present? Is everyone else portraying themselves here as their real life personas?? Would you prefer intellectual skywriting instead?
