I dont want to pick jus 1 so i wont... but anuther way to put it is::: What movie woud i least want deleted from my menory... an that woud be "The Exorcist".!!! I took my parents to see it an i saw it a total of 5 times... top notch movie from A to Z.!!! My favort movie from when i was young was "Westworld" wit Yule Brinner... an my favort line from the movie that sent chills down my spine was when the robot (Yule Brinner) looked at the visitor to Westworld an said... "Draw".!!! A mor recent favort is "Blade Runner"... i saw the original when it firs cam out an recently saw the directors cut... i much prefer the original verson.!!! "The original "Alien" wit Signory Weever was fantastic.!!! I reallly enjoyed "Mulholland Drive".!!! Edit::: "AI" was hell of a show.!!!
The Lord Of The Rings trilogy. If I have to pick one, it would be The Two Towers. The Boondock Saints is a close second.
If I can include documentaries, I kinda like Zeitgeist and Zeitgeist 2: Addendum I liked getting some new perspectives, although I took them with a grain of salt. Most of it was speculation and perspectives that can fit, but not a whole lot of evidence. I really enjoyed Revolver (actually I like all movies Guy Ritchie directed that I've seen!) Pink Floyd's The Wall is still a classic. etc...
I could not name one film alone, as there are a number of different plotlines and artistry. I mean you have "Pan's Labyrinth" ("El laberinto del fauno") which is completely different from Virtual Nightmare, or The Thirteenth Floor or even PI. Obviously there are ones that I call classic (which aren't) like Twelve Monkeys, in fact if I wanted to try and push classic (which is still isn't quite) I'd probably go with Kelly's Heros (Mainly because of Donald Sutherland) There is of course ones that were cult like for instance Die hard. (Obviously there are others that other people have mentioned or I've neglected to mention) The worst film ever is a toss up between one I can remember the name of, and The Blair Witch Project that really should never have existed and owes me what ever time it stole from me. (plus the movie ticket price)
An yet.. som people say it was the mos terrfyin movie they ever saw.!!! I watched for a while thankin the good part was yet to com... it never did... it was consistently borin to the end... but at leas i got it for free from the Liberry.!!!
And they would be a product of the Advertising engine used to publish it as something more than it was. Like they use to say "Don't judge a book by a cover". Usually we take for granted that means that a book of unremarkable covering can occasionally hold some impressive stories, what we tend to neglect is the book covered in the bling with the comments from various newspapers and magazines just means they are really desperate for an audience... avoid like the plague.
Only the end kinda freaked me out. I found all the little hand prints on the wall disturbing and that guy just standing there facing the wall.
