    Zero (that's an estimate).

Only the geekier ones (another estimate).

    Put it another way:
How many painters and decorators know how paint is made?
How many swimming instructors know hydrodynamics?

How many teachers know psychology ?

    A lot.

    On another note..
I have the option to quit Quantum physics and swap to astrophysics...
But Quantum physics sorta grew on me.
    Or not.
    ....

Anyone who actually knows what they're doing, instead of just knowing what goes where.
I guess that's what separates the technologist from the technician.

never got the idea of quantum physics. almost flunk the subject in higschool. I feel bad for you, i hope you'll be able to surpass it.

Quantum Gravity. Is it an actual theory/subject?

You think you have trouble now? Wait til they find the next level below Quantum Physics.

We constantly emit photons, not electrons.

What's science fiction is not the uncertainty principle, but Star Trek's "Heisenberg compensators" that they use to get their teleporters to work in spite of the laws of quantum physics.

Do you own a CD player? The average joe does.

That's because there are billions and billions of separate particles in your coffee cup, and they won't all make that decision to jump right at the same time.

Quantum mechanics doesn't negate any of the laws of physics you've already learned. In fact, there's a thing called the correspondence principle which says that all quantum mechanical results must reproduce the known laws of classical figures in a suitable limit (e.g. large numbers of particles, high energies, large masses or similar).
