What do you think it could be?
And can it be summed up in one sentence?

No confusing honor with shame I reckon. What is the point of this? "What is the greatest dishoner a woman can have?" Is equally, if not not equally even (it appear men are the more subjected creatures) appropriate?

We'd have to think about "honorary" "honor roll A+student" and such "honors" to consider what a "dis honor" would be.
    I guess it would be........
    idk?

Correct. Can you name anyone that hasn't lied to themselves after they became an adult? Most children are still not into lying to themselves but even now some are doing so., very sad state of the world.

    Greatest Dishonor?

    To intentionally deny reality.

I suppose that includes lying to one's self, but only in the sense of something meaningful and important.

We all lie to ourselves about "I don't look so bad for being - fat, over fifty, bald, ugly as a mud fence, toothless or whatever." There are many lies we tell ourselves just to get up and do a day's work. However, most of those are minor, petty and do not effect others or our 'souls'.

When we deny reality, we risk permanent damage to both our self and others with whom we interact - perhaps even indirectly. That others are important - as important as our self - is denying reality. To look at history and intentionally twist it for our own purpose is denying reality.

To pretend we are more important than we are is denying reality. This is the ultimate denial. When one puts one's self in the place of utmost importance, one is committing the ultimate dishonor. From this springs all the evil in the universe.

"Since I am most important, I may steal, cheat, lie, kill and betray anyone and anything in order to serve my own ends."

    That gets my nomination.

I can only strongly suspect what you mean by "we all". As if you know it applies to each & every person on Earth.

    There is no greatest dishonor.

    Nor is there a least.
