I will admit I forget where the source came from but it said that there was a birth certificate from both places. Now this could be true, but one could simply be a copy.

I don't know nor am I particularly concerned. I think he was born in USA. Although, I would be concerned about his becoming a citizen in Kenya, and therefore being a dual citizen that has not renounced his foreign citizenship.

It is simple if he has allegiances to Kenya, then is his service devoted to our interests or theirs?

Frankly, this may not even matter, because socialism does not work irrespective of where it is practiced. Although national security might be compromised, irrespective of our spiral towards marxism.

Remember, even a marxist needs to have a state from which to extract cash flow. without it a marxist is nothing more than a dirty anarchist.

Note I write a dirty anarchist, I am not positive that we shouldn't be closer to a clean anarchy than the government we have!!

Yes, dud, I am still having delusional flashes.

(Note to everyone else, I am not but maybe if he thinks I have seen the errors of my ways, which are really the delusions of his, than maybe he won't write something mean about me. Oh, and, of course, what he writes would not be removed from the board. Meanwhile, I have just run the risk that mine will be removed due to utter sarcasm, except for the first part of my post.)

um you need to get better knowledge of us law. the us does not recognize dual citizenship.

right socialism doesn't work which is why the US is getting ready to be surpassed econmically by more socialist nations and groups of nations than us.

yep. and using dimutives of a user name is a bannable offense. but than again your kind has never been much for rules being applied to you.

People like you don't see the error of their ways. they lack the wit to. You and buffalo roam are some of the reasons why people think all right wingers are stupid and delusional.

Aren't birth certificates signed by doctors? If all it takes to make a birth certificate is pretty paper and Windows fonts I could make a mint off all the illegals looking to go legit.

Is there a requirement that, by law, you be born with a doctor present? Actually there is not, and for a long time people did without them, so I can't imagine that a birth certificate *needs* a doctor's signature to be valid. (And if you are one of those people born outside a hospital, all the doctor could say , after the fact, is that you were alive when he signed the certificate).

In any event, it's case dismissed for this suit:

Interesting that the plaintiff also disputes McCain's status as a natural born citizen

And the only reason it was on the docket in the first place is because Clarence Thomas is a vindictive bastard.

As usual dud, your wrong. Read this link: http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_1753.html

I am guessing based on this reading that Obama does need to renounce his Kenyon citizenship. It is possible that the U.S. could renounced his American citizenship, though highly doubtful considering the tremendous corruption that is Obama in the first place.

right socialism doesn't work which is why the US is getting ready to be surpassed econmically by more socialist nations and groups of nations than us.

Wrong again Dud, we already have socialism in our country. We are about to further this system beginning January 20, 2009!!!

The rest of your post is the same old psycho babble. You are at least consistent in being wrong, dud.

I still don't know why your mother has not banned you from using a computer. She should :spank:

I added that so this post could get removed, but hopefully not before you can educated yourself on dual citizenship. Please read it and apply some comprehension skills (if you have any)

Where is there evidence that Obama has Kenyan citizenship ?

According to this, http://www.factcheck.org/askfactcheck/does_barack_obama_have_kenyan_citizenship.html he was granted Kenyan citizenship on a technicality in 1963, as the foreign-born and foreign living son of a father who became a Kenyan citizen that year. He lost it in 1982, on his 21st birthday, when he did not renounce his US citizenship as an adult.

My sister had a similar choice available to her, as she was born in Germany (to US citizens). On her 21st birthday she could have renounced US citizenship and become German.

You just provided it. However, if the website provided is accurate, then it is a non issue.

Again, my greater concern would have been if he had still been a citizen of Kenya.

Thanks, for the link. It provided clarity on the subject.

read your link. it says nothing of the us recognizing dual citizenship.

still the same ignorant fool. the us isn't socialist. also you never addressed the point being made which is typical of someone of your extreme right wing idealolgy and low intelligence.

if I'm wrong you should be able to prove which you never do you just go your wrong.

Directly from the link: The U.S. Government recognizes that dual nationality exists but does not encourage it as a matter of policy because of the problems it may cause. Yes, the same link you accused me of not comprehending. That link actually retorted what you are claiming.

You said previously: um you need to get better knowledge of us law. the us does not recognize dual citizenship.

Here is the Sparknotes for this: You said: US does not recognize dual Citizenship. Link Said (from the US Bureau of Consular Affairs): The US Government recognizes dual nationality exists....

What this means is that the United States does in fact recognize dual citizenship, therefore any information to the contraire is incorrect.

You also wrote: if I'm wrong you should be able to prove which you never do you just go your wrong.

Just did it, and even included Sparknotes for clarity. Of course, now you will say it was something else you were talking about!!!

    still the same ignorant fool

Don't ever make comments like this to me again, after the above display.

    the us isn't socialist

What are laws designed to limit individual freedoms, if not socialist?

What are bailouts by governments that ultimately means governmental control, if not socialist?

This is not capitalism, and to answer your theory (I do not know this to be true, but it may be in the left wing blogs & whatnot) about other socialist nations passing us economically speaking. If this is even true, more than likely it is due to an infusion of capitalism not more socialism.

Socialism is Fool's Gold, and you have fallen for it.

BTW- What's up with um stuff? What is this part of your condescension towards those who don't follow your lead? As I read it, that is what I see. I imagine you sitting there all pompous and wanting to gently correct the poor unintelligent on the things that you so greatly and thoroughly comprehend.

So I guess I am supposed to be blessed by the great PJDUDE, who has imparted tremendous knowledge upon my poor incapable soul.

You know I have a general principle I like to follow, which is I never put anyone on ignore. I think it is poor behavior and arrogant. I think that we all have a right to our opinion, even if it is wrong and uninformed. I really believe in the freedom of speech, but that doesn't mean I have to listen. You have a right to speak or write in this case, but not to be heard or read.

In your case, though, I am considering ignore, but then you would win. I will refrain from you for awhile.

The word you are struggling for here is Authoritarian, not socialist.
Limiting individual freedoms is pretty neutral in terms of ascribing a part of the political spectrum to it - think of the Patriot Act for example, while the Neo cons do indeed share a great many ideological viewpoints with Trotsky and (perhaps more pertinently) Stalin when it comes to civil liberties and media control, you could hardly describe them as socialists.

...but it does recognize that there are U.S. Citizens who also hold another citizenship. So, it does not say "we recognize dual nationality as valid" but it does say:

without ever noting that those U.S citizens who happen to be dual nationals are doing anything as to which they U.S. objects.

Actually, there is not much difference between an authoritarian and socialist government. Both are focused on highly centralized power. Among the characteristics are: rule of men, rigged elections, political decisions dictated by unelected officials, bureaucracy operating outside of constituency, and informal and unregulated exercise of political power. Be careful with the last one, because many would say that that is the essence of capitalism (it isn't, at least not in this context {others be careful of that comment, I am not saying capitalism demands regulation it doesn't}). The goals of socialism may seem admirable, but they are restrictive and therefore an enemy of freedom particularly individual freedom. Furthermore, as it has been practiced, there is no difference between it and authoritarianism.

There is not much difference in this authoritarian view and socialism as practiced. Your American example is very easy to find, and yes it include a few so-called brainless, spineless republicans.

By the way, I know nothing of the "neo con". It does not exist in my world. If what you say is true about them, then they are not "conservatives".

Taxes, regulation, are not neutral things. The Patriot Act is not designed for an unending situation. I would certainly hope that when the time comes to handle such things differently, it will happen. I do worry about anything purposed and promoted by government as it never has a sunset, especially taxes, regulation and other welfare type programs. These things are designed to limit freedoms indefinitely.

Struggle? Hardly, I meant what I said and had no illusions about it.

Words from faux wise person does not translate into truth, or in other words because dud says something of me doesn't mean it is accurate.
