This is an attempt to compare people's religious, social and political beliefs with a viral infection, which is always a harmful thing. Here is another analogy with a different spin, "Cultural Cuisine". Everyone needs food, but different peoples use different ingredients, and cook the food with different spices and methods of cooking. They do the same with beliefs.
More people may have been killed for religious reasons than by viruses. Harmful is an understatement. No comparison here, there exist only one reality. This is scientific fact, even though reality is distorted by Human thought and perception.
It is up to the individual to make their own decisions. We only supply tools for them to process information. There is no end to the amount of information that floods the human mind from childhood on to death. Instructions on how to deal with information and attempt to decipher it's reality is something all people could benefit from. The problem is humans must teach this to themselves by experience. If they are infected prior to this understanding, their perception may become distorted beyond repair.

IP should be taught at an early age before many conceptions are formed. Not all books, video's, movies, are fact or truth. How many times do we have to tell our children, what they see in the movies is not true to reality? They need to understand some reality exists in all observations. Deciphering that degree is key to understanding reality. Reality may be zero to one hundred percent. We cannot rely on parents to teach IP to children due to the fact that most parents are infected themselves. A scientific system of teaching IP to children needs to be established. Yes, it is important to teach the two mind sets, of the singular human mind. Yes, reaction to the environment and negative observations, violent reactions to the environment are almost always detrimental in retrospect.

Isn't more a matter of letting the child explore, be stimulated, experience. I don't want another system to shove in the kid's head, even if it is the 'right' one. Agreed. I think a lot of this could be explained by being honest about our reactions. Most of all, I think it is important to be humble. We already have been affected ourselves.
