from an old lady who' been around the block a few times, perferably without the dentures? okay, My math class extremly stresses me out at times, not to mention makes me sick in the head.
Best stress relief? Hmmm either a punchingbag or a gun (do not use at anything that is/could be alive)
What sort of stress is it? If its because your classmates are stupid and immature, just "zone out" and ignore everything around ya..if you know whats going on in the class, math wise that is. If its stress because you don't know whats going on...figuring it out helps alot. I've been frustrated about math a million times..couple times a day. I'd have to say both sex, and letting your rage out on an inanimate object (like beating a punching with a baseball bat til there's little left, or doing the same thing to a wooden pole). Meditation might work for some people, but I'd prefer to release my stress rather than suppress it (quieting it can work, but not as well for me - I'd rather fill a balloon with air until it burst, than put out a fire with water - trying to shrink tension inside my body and take its life away isn't as effective as letting it out, for me anyway).

ya I already do that. I meant more stress in general, the math stress is from constantly thinking about it, or one of those simple yet perplexing problems. I tend to smoke more around the time of a test, and find at times of increased stress quiting smoking deprives me of my usual chemical balance I'm used to, causing more stress.

oh yeah? try making tea, or leaving it in alchohol such as vodka for a month. knock you on your ass for certain.
How do you make it in the tea? If I open a tea bag and put some kush in there then close the bag back up can I make it like a regular glass of tea?
