Heck, maybe I am over-reacting? Then again, maybe I should be reacting like this? I heard what I heard and it is very disturbing to me, considering all the other things going on in America too, such as the economic crash, the 1 trillion debt increase at the expense of the common people, and so much other stuff I heard.

We should be able to discuss without resorting to name calling- that much is obvious...I don't think you or Read-Only are total idiots even if you think I am, better to be mature and stand above the pulling to these emotionally flared up name calling games that digress from the real topic and only make problems more distorted and harder to tackle.

This photo from the LA Times shows what we assume is a DEA agent, wearing a shirt from Blackwater, the mercenary group accused of slaughtering innocent people in the streets of Iraq that has gone from black to hot water over the last two years. Are Blackwater and the DEA trading members?

Far beyond the idea of these clowns wearing Blackwater shirts, the overall point is that they are operating above the law. California voters firmly stated that they want people to have access to medical marijuana.

Where do you live exactly? Big city, city, town, village, or country?

Also, if you trust the American news to report anything without slanting it or down-right diverting attention, then you are naive, as the Media throughout USA was approximately 90% owned by VIACOM in the 90's, and I doubt that the ultra right wing family who owns the company would relent on the power to control what people encounter regarding information they will make decisions based upon, people like you are herded about.

 

I was pissed, I tried to edit it to Blackwater Mercs marching through American streets, but it didn't go through. The point of the thread is, do we really want black water mercs parading about in our cities? And that they have made drills already, why?

 

Of course, the privitization of the military is a disturbing trend, however, it will end with the end of a Republican administration.
