I really have no clues or suggestions as my "prt scr/sysrq" button doesn't work on keyboard. So any program or any method that is on my computer is I suppose welcomed as there is nothing more sly.

    Too bad.
    Any suggestion is very welcomed.

Try pressing ALT + PRTSC that will capture your screen output to Clipboard. It's then up to you to paste your clipboard into what ever program you want to use to save the image. Be warned large screen resolutions will generate large image filesizes.

stryder: the alt+prtscrn wont work because prstscrn has physically stopped working. OP should buy a new keyboard, but a screenshot utility should fill the gap.

Warning: save screenshots as PNG, TIFF or (at worst) GIF. Do not save as BMP (big filesize) and do not save as JPEG (JPEG is not suited to images containing harsh changes in contrast, and the compression process adds significant noise to images. Use JPEG only for photos)

I find Gadwin PrintScreen to be great. It is a free utility which I think I downloaded from ZDnet or the PC Magazine site. It has some nice options.

I have it configured to do a snapshot of a rectangular area defined by using the mouse or a track ball. I have it configured to put the sanpshot on the clip board and into a file in a Folder I use for that purpose only. Sometimes I want to paste the sanpshot into a WordPerfect or MS Word document: some times I want to use it later. You can choose JPEG or various other types of graphic files.

The Op said the "prtscrn" didn't work, he didn't mention if he pressed ALT as well, thats why I posted what I did.
