Proven Hoax, takes a few guys with some 2x4s and rope less than a night to create, there was one group that came foward and admited it and a number of copy cats who have also piped up.
but what about the genetic mutations? the intricate weaving of the wheat stalks? if you ask me the government is screwing with our minds. "What is it" "Oh its just a message from the aliens saying they'll invade next year" "Oh no! do something!" "ok, we'll need more money though!" "you got it!"
o.o if that was the government's plan, wouldn't they be claiming it's aliens and asking for more money to combat them? Just a tiney little bit of your theory that's missing. . . umm and if that was a joke, heh, sorry for bringing it up, In any place inhabited mainly by sane people it'd be pretty easy to tell, but things seem to be different here!
Some I am 100% sure are fake, after all some people admit to making them. These are usually very simple though. Others I think are way too big and complex for a couple of hicks to do in one night. And without leaving trails in the corn to boot. Anologues of crop circles have been found on beaches without a single footprint around. I wont claim aliens or government conspiracies. The truth is i have absolutly no idea. I wish I did. Some intricate crop circles I have to admit are stunningly beautyful.
