If you are in the UK and you smoke, then you should not be treated on the NHS. But you should still have to pay for it.
Smoking is a right, however it is also a right not to have to breath in second hand smoke if you do not want to. I personally smoke. As to the NHS refference, might as well get my moneys worth.
