Following the death of mark speights girlfriend, i want to ask a question, she died in a bath full of scolding hot water, causing 60% burns all over her body, my question is, she did a lot of cocaine, sleeping pills, and drink, now is it really possible for someone to be so stoned out of they're head that they wouldnt notice how hot the water is? It just seems impossible to me, i know when i have had to much to drink i can still feal how hot or cold somthing is! I fact more so than when i can when i am sober!
I've seen drunks fall down stairs and get up badly hurt not realizing how bad it was. I would imagine all the drugs she did made her even more numb. Coke is a pain killer after all, isn't it?
If you overdose on almost any drug you will find that your judgment as to everything is completely destroyed. Not only won't you feel physical pain but mental pains also never happen. You can really escape from the world with enough drugs in your body which tend to destroy your morals just as well. :itold:
Do some drugs give you the chills/shivers? Maybe she just kept adding hot water because she couldn't get warm enough.
Here's a thought, most water heaters are set to 110 degrees or thereabouts so how could she have had that hot of water to hurt her? Unless someone turned up the temperature on the water heater which then could go up to 150 degrees.

I've been drunk enough to get hurt and not realize it until the next day. Drugs are bad and will make you do dumb things and not feel pain. or at least not care about it.
I've damaged myself and not known about it until afterwards because I was high on adrenaline... Now translate that to deliberately putting much stronger shit than adrenaline in your bloodstream.
Yeah but being drunk is a lot different than mixing 3 or 4 drugs together. All kinds of unpredictable stuff happens when you mix drugs, especially mixing something like cocaine (a stimulant) with sleeping pills (a depressant) and alcohol (another depressant). Sleeping pills are made to depress your nervous system, take enough of them then mix it with another depressant and sure, you could probably burn yourself without noticing.
Or maybe she just slipped, passed out & then died. Either way, she's dead. No conspiracy, just a tragic accident. Although I like this D theory, let's hope they hurry up & get to Dido. But I think Doherty should get a repreive - I'd hate for him to die before people realise he's a mediocre talent at best.
Ive been absolutely trashed before, and i wasnt about to burn myself. No matter what drug you use, if your smart enough you can keep your sense about you.
