    uhm ... that was a light-hearted introduction to the subject of avalanches on mars, not meant as a genuinely practical suggestion:bugeye:

    if mars still has (occasionally) active volcanoes, chances are that the movement of magma can at least lead to localised earthquakes - however, mars does not have plate tectonics, which on earth are the source of most earthquakes
