Could you class (serious) fatigue as a cognitive impairment?

    Yes, however whether I would class it as a cognitive impairment or a physical disability would depend on the nature of the serious fatigue, the cause (if known), and the way it affects the individual's functioning, I guess.
    Either way once a qualified professional diagnoses and documents it, I think it should be considered as part of a person's medical history.

    it wouldnt be CLASSED as cognative impairment, it CAUSES cognative impariment.
    In fact less than 2 hours of sleep causes the same cognative impariment as a blood achole reading of 0.05
