The "Vote Chooser" test has you answer 10 questions and find out which presidential candidate you should vote for in 2008.

    http://www.votechooser.com/

I'm not so sure this is a good way to determine who anyone should vote for but it is interesting to see how you compare.

I think it takes a lot more than a 10-question quiz. It should take a lot of homework. It's a big decision.

I thought you got along well, at times, when someone agreed with your way of thinking. It has happened a few times that I recall here.

I get along just fine. It's the personal attacks that are disgusting.

This thread is about whose POTUS candidates' political views we share most. Not mine.

I tied, 5/5, with three candidates: Hillary, Barack, and Ron.

How did Ron Paul possibly figure in with the other two?

Hillary's the unusual one. Probably not enough questions.

I noticed in a thread a while ago about one of these issue-match sites, that several people - not just me - ended up with Kucinich and Paul as their two higher scores.

There were complaints about the obvious bias of the site, IIRC, because of the high scores Kucinich kept turning up with.

But no candidate meets me more than half way. And I suspect I have a lot of company there. Odd, how some points of view get no representation no matter how widely held or commonly espoused ?

The questions aren't that good, but I got Obama. My differences with Clinton, however, are minor.

That would make sense. Obama is the most liberal senator.

    Whoa. So did I.

    Here's my results:
    1. John McCain 80%
    1. Mitt Romney 80%
    2. Mike Huckabee 70%
    3. Ron Paul 60%
    4. Hillary Clinton 30%
    5. Barack Obama 20%

In reality, I would rank them: Romney, Paul, Huckabee, McCain, Clinton, Obama.

Obama, Hillary for me. Rest just fell of the charts.

Although I did have one with Huckabee... Decreased Gov't spending.

    None of the above.

The poll is only valid for Americans.
