I'd agree with this notion. In German media for instance there is almost nothing about racism in the USA but lots about racism in Germany. As such I do think that the OP is wrong in its assumption.
Thanks for that info. I posted this thread in another forum also and several people from other European countries also said that they rarely hear about this topic in their media.
I dream of a world in which there are not artificially separated communities of black people and white people. Skin color is one of the most ephemeral genetic traits and it's ridiculous that so many people put so much importance on it. There's no reason for dark-skinned people and light-skinned people to separate themselves, in America or anywhere else. In most of the Western Hemisphere, the descendants of freed slaves and the descendants of their masters learned to live together in harmony long ago, and today they just come in different shades of brown. My opinion that Lincoln's hubris is the reason for the USA still having racism has been posted here many times. But 140 years later it's time for us to forget slavery, Lincoln and the Civil War and just all become Americans. The vast majority of American men and American women are not racists. The problem is that since they don't spend a lot of time thinking about race, they also don't talk about it much, so nobody knows they're out there. The racists, on the other hand, talk about it all the time. So they make everyone think they're in the majority. Well they're not. Fuck 'em! You must be joking to wonder about that. Christianity, Judaism and Islam are Neolithic religions that reinforce tribalism! They are about us-against-them and us-against-you. Each of them thinks they're better than everybody else and the last thing they want is tolerance and equality. They've been fighting with each other for hundreds, thousands of years. And when they can't do that they just divide into sects and start fighting among themselves! This planet will never have peace and harmony as long as the Abrahamic religions remain in power. Christianity is one of the main reasons that the American South is the cesspool that it is, and lately it has been spreading like a cancer, with a Religious Redneck Retard in the White House, spewing hatred across the entire planet. Do not look to Christianity, or any of the Abrahamists, for peace and tolerance. Their prophets may preach that but they don't get the message. I weep when I hear people say that. Please believe me when I say that the vast majority of us aren't like that. It's just that the forces of religion and the hatred it inspires are so powerful, they are hard to hold back. Don't give up. Help us! We can unite against the tribal religious racists and defeat them. Civilization needs you!

No it isn't. You open your mouth, someone sues you. That limits freedom. Censorship whether public or private limits freedom. Affirmative action is racism. That's not equality. Bells is right, the US is targeted most because you won't shut up about how great your country is for two fucking seconds when in reality the US is a country mostly composed of racists )who lie about being racist for fear of prosecution by a racist PC government) and hypocrites.

You are expanding too much upon the definition of racism. Racism is a selective discrimination that intends to demean people of a supposedly inferior "race." Affirmative action is a selective discrimination that intends to promote diversity in groups of people. They are both discrimination, but one is right and one is wrong. The wrong one is called racism. Get your definitions right.
