America is ready for a Black President. Before America went to War with Iraq. We had to send our best man to the U.N to make our case for a pre-emptive strike. Who did we send? Colin Powell, a affirmative action recipient. I find that funny, that as much shit as you conservatives talk. With your asses on the line, you send in the affirmative action token. MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

What I find funny is that it is you liberals who say it isn't possible to elect a woman or a black, something Freudian here? projection?

I wouldn't say that. I see and hear about enough racism going on that I find it inconceivable that the U.S. would purposefully elect a black candidate for President (in "blue state" New York, no less, so I can only imagine what it's like in the red states). Sure, people say they'd vote for a black candidate, but many people are liars who merely recognize the extreme social stigma that comes with being a racist in most parts of America. Racism has been driven underground, but unfortunately not out of existence, in most places.

That is not the case, unlike conservatives and gun ownership.

I'd think America would vote for a competant, unbiased, understanding black person for president if they could be found amongst the swill of deadbeats and ne'er-do-wells that we have running.

Really? it seem to be the conservatives who see the possibility of the election of a Black or Woman, and the liberals who say it isn't possible, there are several blacks and women I would vote for, but Obama isn't one and neither is Hillary.

It will always be the candidate who is not a contender; look at who won the last two elections.

Who would you vote for? Clarence Thomas, Alan Keyes, Larry Elder? Those guys couldn't win if they were running for mayor.

I just meant it wasn't a freudian projection or whatever. There's a good reason for that fear. Sexism and racism is alive enough to play a significant role in elections. Even among some lefties. The hateful people also seem to mobilize really well for elections (as shown by gay issues in voting).

Did I name any of them? gee your dense, Clarence Thomas is exactly were he wants to be, Alan Keys shot his bolt, Larry Elder I don't know much about other than his bio, on Wiki.

How about Alveda C. King, Condoleezza Rice, Rod Paige, Michael S. Steele, J.C. Watts, these are all people that seem to have the back ground.

Sure America is ready for a black President. Alan Keyes could do it. Put him head to head against Obama or Rice and he'd mop up the floor with them. The problem is the choices we have are kid choices. ie Do you want a hot dog or macaroni and cheese for dinner?

Clearly if Barack Obama is not elected it will be because Democrats/Americans are racist.

Why not look at the last 10 elections? Don't you think you'd do better by increasing you sample size?
