I remember lots of these from younger ages...but keep in mind I still like cartoons..

    Younger ages:

Examples already mentioned: Darkwing, Transformers, X Men (original), Danger Mouse, Duck Tales (Dad teased us about the theme song with this one

    ), Gargoyles

Examples not mentioned: Secret Squirrel, Captain Planet, Smurfs, Care Bears (insipid but ubiquitous for a while), Galaxy Rangers, Thunderbirds, Gigantor, Samurai X (which still airs nowadays, but I seem to remember being school aged - late teens - when I first saw this), Samurai Pizza Cats, Swat Kats.

    I remember...

    Wowser
    Diplodos
    Gummy Bears
    Ewoks
Once upon a time ... thing Spurious mentioned
    On a similar theme, Histeria.
Some weird time travelling Dutch windmill?
Kid Icarus (It featured an evil brain! But not the same one as in Ninja Turtles. Why are detatched brains always evil?)

Its very hard to top Voltron. When I was a kid, Voltron was my life, food, light, day, and night. I had a friend in school who could draw very well, I mean, too well ( i am still suspicious of his age). Nonetheless I was jealous of his ability because he used to draw Voltron. I started buying his Voltron pictures with my money and giving him my food. Super ted and fragglerock are also cool.hahahahahhahaa

I remember loads of these dubbed live action japanese shows about giant heros (like godzilla size)fighting monsters

    Ultraman
    Johnny Socko
    Goldar
and one about a giant flying turtle I forget the name

Ultraman dukes it out with a beasty outside of Tokyo

Johnny Socko dispenses some justice on some nefarious Neptunians

Goldar lays the smackdown on some hapless miscreant creature.

    Search & Destroy,

That Vulture was on the Woody Wood Pecker Show and the voice was Walter Lantz, and he died March, 22, 1994, He was the voice of a whole cast of caricatures that he developed in his studios. . Meany, Miny, and Moe, Baby-Face Mouse, and Snuffy Skunk were only a few of the personalities Lantz, he also did Felix the Cat, Andy Panda, Chilly Willy, and The Beary Family,

No pogodi is a cheap Tom & Jerry knock off, and as a kid I always thought Cheburaska to be retarded. I still think the same.
