Sciforums vs. Digg discussions

    I started to read more and more the Digg discussion threads, and I find them more entertaining, educative than discussions here.

    The reason is that Digg is a much more visited site and gets posters from a much bigger pool of people....

    One example would be the recent thread on Generals threatening to quit. Read the thread, it goes offtopic into the ElectoralCollege, but still stays informative and interesting:

    You're right. As for technology-related discussions I prefer Slashdot but they don't discuss politics events.

    U got it wrong, I regularly use Digg.com. He is trying to get most Digg's for his Story there, very smart.

    I assume you are talking about me. Thanks for the very smart remark, but I am not trying to do anything. What story are you refering to anyway?

    I only use Digg passively, namely I only read it. Nevertheless there are more interesting/informative comments there due to the larger/more colorful pool of posters...
