I got 3 years ban. The other charges were dropped. I got 12 month community order basically need to do probation. I got 43 pound fine and some other Drinking Drivers Impaired some bullshit course. And if I drive now they will increase the ban to, 2 years and give me community service too. Oh yeah and almost of them were female, probation officer was female - judge was female. I think thats why I didn't get community service. My probation officer is dead hot! shes super sexy! am glad it wasen't man. I'd die meeting a man twice a week for a whole year - it would be seriously homo.

I highly doubt that considering your fine is based on your income. My fine was £350 and at the time I was barely scraping 16 grand a year. To get a £43 fine tells me you are unemployed...
But my dad isen't. I am a free loader. I don't have money, but the courts don't know my dad made eight million alone in the last two years from his firm gross profit.

He started this topic on another thread. The poor guy is in such a drunken stupor all the time that he can't even find his own threads. He got busted for drunk driving in England, where that's roughly equivalent to manslaughter in our legal system. He's lucky not to be incarcerated.
It's not quite that bad. I don't quite understand though... I paid about £750 in fines and I was unemployed when I got a ban.
