Is anyone here knowledgeable enough to tell me around how many atoms span the width of an average human hair from the head? What's your best guess?

    Yikes

What kind of haircut does this particular human have? Mullet? Buzz cut? Mushroom?

    But, despite the haircut, I wouldn't know...probably a million.

Strange how we measure things and compare them with parts of our anatomy. It's all about focus of measurment I guess. It's like when someone points out how big of a fish they caught. "It was this big george!" holding his hands wide picturing the fish flopping like crazy.

Everything is very large when your a nanobot I guess.

    Fish kick ass...

I do not wish to hijack Lykan's thread but I would like to put in a comment.

In the days of old England, the king's body measurements were used as the standard of measurement. Much to the dismay of some was that when the king "retired" for whatever cause, the new king was of different size. This king might have you owning say a 1/2 acre by his foot measurement. The new king might have cost you a potion of your land by having a smaller foot.
