The pursuit of truth is the pursuit of truth ...science is only a part of that pursuit.

    Well said Baron, well said.

In concurring with Baron, I would like to give a quote from Kahlil Gibran:
"Do not say 'I have found the truth', instead say, 'I have found a truth'"

And I have to ask... what truth is science searching for and when will we know we've found it?

I think it leaps off of the pages that you're reading, or working on, and bites you firmly on the ear lobe! So if ever you feel a slight tingling on the ear lobe, you've found "truth".

Sounds like the way all the god-men in this world have determined that they "knew the Truth" (and of course, in that cliche manner, the 'T' is capitalized, as if their truth means more than anybody else's truth).
