Allright,i remember this cartoon from saturdays in the early to mid 80's[84-88] and i cant think of it to save my life. The basic plot was around a group of teenagers in a band with a yellow truck and they somehow get sent to a diffrent dimension or paralele universe or something and the truck turns into some weird space ship. It had a bad guy who had henchmen called the copycats or the toffe cats[i cant remember which]. Does anybody have any ideas what cartoon this was?
My memory's a bit hazy because I was very young at that time, but I might have remembered towards the 88 time. Anyway I seem to remember this shit with annoying girls on it going 'zoweee' or something and as I recall it was called teen angels or something, is that what you are talking of? lol Anyway I used to prefer something called Mask and one other called centurions.

Wow. Kidd Video. I remember that cartoon. "Aye aye aye. We look like cartoons...." Freaky, man. That was back in the days when Saturdays were about cartoons... What's funny is that reading the name did nothing for me. Reading the description did next to nothing. But the intro... brought it all back... Memory. It kinda looks like Dr. Who's dog without his skin. But, it's the wrong time frame and I doubt that it'd be so mysterious if that were the case. Yup. Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels... I always figured he was boning those chicks... Huge uncircumcised caveman shlong. The other two shows I've never heard of. UK, yes? Funny. The different traditions... Ever watch the Tomorrow People? How about The Mysterious Cities of Gold?

for the french robotic dog: Two ways i can think of to track down the maker. A.) for something so complex, id think the artistisan would have left a mark... somewhere on the thing... maybe its inside... slight and careful disassembly to search for clues. B.) find a unique part on it... something that you would be able to contact the parent company and try to find a paper trail... granted it was a long time ago... but ya never know.
