i imagined the fight going on in a 1980's pool hall, with the combatants weilding switchblades...wrists tied together. that way, its a pure combat to the death with not many variables to deal with....straight up bar-room brawl: aragorn wins.
Legolas has got those weird elven magical powers of healing and courage and stuff and he's got better eyesight and hearing. But Aragorn and Legolas are probably equal in stealth and secrecy.
Legolas would dodge a blow from aragorn and prance around him and slash him to pieces with his toothpicks.
