Do Fair Trials Exist?

What the hell is a fair trial? There is no such thing anymore. Not to be racially over dramatic, but if you have money or are Black, you get off. Kobe, O.J, or wannabe white Michael Jackson. If you have money, but your white, your screwed. Scott Peterson.

I had to go through a trial, were all they had on me was circumstantial eveidence. I have lots of money, but I'm white, and I got nailed.

The justice system is not Just. We need a complete overhaul.

its all an illusion, attempting to understand an impossible situation, if you are aware of the theory of equilibrium then you will know that in theory all things are equal.

talking of fair trials, how many fair crimes do you know of.

if you are being specific, and talking about innocent people being screwed over, then it is unfortunate - if a corrupt police officer or judge is instrumental in the wrongful judgement of an innocent person then the penalty visited upon the innocent victim should be applied to the corrupt individuals involved. the same stands for witnesses who lie or make false allegations.

personally i would like all rapists, paedophiles and murderers killed, if the state killed an innocent person due to misinformation in the chain of justice, then unfortunately for the corrupt/mistaken/stupid person involved, but you die as well.

i suspect this would lead to a greater level of absolution in respect to the judicial process.
