Depends. Do you like Linux? Are you a hacker? (By that I mean a heavy programmer, not someone who breaks into other people's systems. If so, then I just picked up the Zaurus SL-5500. VERY nice peice of machinery. Cost me $200.00 on ebay and it comes with a full color LCD display, 64 megs of ram (32 for ram and 32 for a ramdrive) and both CF and SD memory slots. It runs a version of Linux. Has all kinds of basic PDA stuff and also lets you download and run Java Applets to it. It has a built in internet browser for use if you by the wireless CF card and if you can program then you can program any software you could ever want for it. A newer model just came out, I think it was the 5800.

I've had mine a while now and I really like it.
